2nd place in final episode and helped me to overall FIRST PLACE for the series = WINNER of Design Junkies NZ 2019.
The ability to learn from our experiences creates a catalogue of response we draw on to help us navigate our lives. Some of this cultural capital we accumulate begins before our time and is learnt at an early age from past generations. Throughout our lives we make decisions, either conscious or unconscious, and must live by our choices.
before-now-future was created as part of the Design Junkies 2019 NZ TV series. It was featured in episode six. We were tasked to create a piece out of anything we liked to communicate ‘Heritage’. Unlike the other challenges we had an extended period of time to create our ‘masterpiece’.
